Q.  How old does my child have to be to attend summer camp?
A.  Your child must have turned 6 years old by the start of the camp that they plan to attend. Camps are designed for youth ages 6-10. Children over 10 are still welcome to attend but should be aware that the content is geared toward a younger crowd. Please contact us if you would like to register a child over 10.
 
Q.  What time does camp run?
A.  Camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
 
Q.  Is there early drop-off?
A.  You can drop your child off as early as 8:45 a.m.  If you arrive to drop off before 8:45 a.m., you will have to wait until 8:45 to sign in your child.
 
Q.  Is aftercare available?
A.  No

Q.  Where is the camp located?
A.  For Seattle camps the drop-off and pick up location is at Licton Springs Park, 9536 Ashworth Ave. N, Seattle. For Olympia camps the drop-off and pick up location is at Squaxin Park, 2600 East Bay Drive Northeast, Olympia, WA 98506.
   
Q.  Are there scholarships available?
A.  Scholarships are available!  You can download an application form on our website: Scholarship Form.

Q. Are there any discounts available?
A. Yes. If you register multiple children from the same family or you register for multiple camps you will get $25 off all registrations after the first one.
 
Q. Can I pay by check?
A. Yes! When you check out you will have the option to pay by check You will not be charged anything at checkout and your space will be reserved pending receipt of your check payable to Terra-Forma Education and mail to P.O. Box 12196, Olympia, WA 98508.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. In order to receive a full refund, minus service fees, you must cancel by May 1. After May 1 you will only receive a refund if we are able to fill your space.
